CLOTHING AND TAILORING
1. Pragati Textiles
Pragati textile is a tailoring unit that started in 2015 after one of the tailoring training given by Krishi Vigyan Kendra on different types of bag making. A group of four women named Mrs. Shanta Harale, Sushama Muttepod, Sunita Kolnure, and Mosina Korbo started this unit and stitching the uniforms, different types of bags, kitchen apron, saree petticoat, sun coats and drudgery reducing cotton-picking apron, soybean harvesting mittens for farm women, etc. Pragati Textile unit is also giving training to other women. In addition to these cloth articles, these women wanted to keep some women’s daily needs items in their shop. But due to lack of space in the shop, they could not start it. When financial support of Rs. 50000/- was given by DRISHTI under project EMBRACE these women started their new shop on rent in December 2019. They purchased daily need items for women and girls. Also, they purchased more cloth for making different types of bags. Previously they were earning 150000/- per year especially by stitching uniforms. Now they are selling material of Rs. 1000/- on average per day. They are very happy and want to improve their work in the future also.

2. Shilpa Sanjay Yabnod
Shilpa sanjay Yabnod is a housewife living in Sagroli. She is living with her husband, mother in law, father in law and 2 children. Her husband is farmer having his own land. But shilpa is not involved in farming activities. She know the tailoring techniques and have good hand for stitching various garments. She had one stitching machine and wanted to extend her clothing business. She wanted to started ladies garment center in her house. As there is no ladies garment center in her area, she was interested to start it. She applied for the loan in Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal, Sagroli. Organization accepted and approved her application and sanctioned Rs. 50000/-. The loan was given from project EMBRACE which was funded by DRISHTI, Mumbai. She purchased tailoring materials, pico fall machine, blouse pises, saree petticoat and sarees by additing some more amount in it. Her business started at home in very effectively. She was first time entrepreneur. Now she is earning average Rs. 3500 to 4000 per month.

3. Radhabai Ganeshrao Mogadewar
Radhabai is 51 years old woman living in Sagroli with her husband and son. They have only one ecar farm where they are doing flower farming. They also have one shop of clothes in main market of Sagroli. Where they have various varieties of clothes for sell and getting average Rs 60000/- per year as a profit. They wanted to purchase more material for the shop. But were not having sufficient budget to purchase it. Radhabai was working asnmSHG leader previously. She is very active and talkative. She applied for loan in Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal. Organization given loan Rs. 50000/- for her shop. She purchased girls dress materials and sarees after getting loan. Now they are getting 2000 to 2500 Rs additional profit on clothes i.e. average 85000/- per year (7000/- per month). She is refunding the loan in time monthly.

4. Navanita Askok Kasralu
Nivedita Ashok Kasrelu is very active woman living in Sharda nager , Sagroli. She is 39 years old. Her husband is hostel warden in Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal. Nivedita studied up to 10 th standerd in Nimli Dist. Kamareddy, Telangana. She spent her childhood in Nimli. She was interested in business from her childhood. After marriage in 2001 she came to Sagroli with her husband. She had one daughter and one son. She is very active and actively participate in every activity of Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal and Krishi Vigyan Kendra. Many times she participated in food festivals organized in Krishi Vigyan Kendra. She was not satisfied with daily home level activities. Children are grownup now and she decided to start some thing at household level to pass her time. In 2017 she started small clothing shop at household level. In Sharda Nager where she lives with her family, no cloth shop is there. Many of the families and girls hostels are there around. She kept all daily needs clothing in her shop. In 2019 she applied for loan in Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal to purchase more material. Organization sanctioned her 50000/- from project EMBRACE which was funded by DRISHTI. She purchased dress materials, some tops for girls and sarees. Before business she was earning Rs. 1500 some times. Now she is earning average Rs. 3000 per month now. She is very happy and satisfied now.
