Sagroli is a Village on the border of Maharashtra and Telangana states. Majority of the rural women are land less or farm labour. They need 24 hour work for fulfilling daily needs of their family. Dairy business  have more scope in the village. Sanskriti Samvardhan mandal, Sagroli started Keshav Milk collection centre for the convenience of people who have milking animals. Now people need not go any were for selling of milk.

Lakshmibai Kondlade

Lakshmibai Kondlade one of the farm labour in the village was very needy woman. Her husband is also farm labour. Son is working on temporary basis. Financial condition of the family is not so good. She wanted to buy one buffalo for dairy business. Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal has given support of Rs. 50000/- under project EMBRACE which  was funded by DRISHTI. She purchased one buffalo with this support. With the Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal’s financial support and Krishi Vigyan Kendra’s technical guidance she is rearing her buffalo very effective manner.  Now  she is selling average 5 liters of milk daily and earning Rs. 200 per day in average. In addition  to  her daily wages she is getting satisfactory benefit. With considering the daily expenditure on animal she is getting net profit of Rs. 3000 to 3500/- per month.

Sangita Poshetti Paratwad

Sangita Poshetti Paratwad is farm labour from Sagroli , Maharashtra. She is living with her husband, daughter and son. Her husband is also working as farm labour. Her daily income is 120 Rs. and her husband is earning Rs. 150 or some time 200 Rs. as per the work. They were facing many problems for children’s educational needs, daily needs items. Still they were working hard to earn more. As their children were growing more,  needs were also increasing.  They thought to do some thing to earn more which is easy to do with daily laborious activities. Sangita approached to Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal for the  guidance. Organization suggested her to buy one buffalo which is very to rear. She applied for loan to purchase one buffalo. Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal had given her loan of Rs. 50000/- on 4/10/2019 which was from project EMBRACE funded by DRISHTI. Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sagroli guided her technically for purchase and rearing of buffalo. Immediately she purchased  a buffalo (Rs. 52000/-). Now she is getting 4 liters milk daily.  She sell the milk in Keshav milk collection center which was formed for the dairy farmers by Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal in Sagroli. By considering the fat content, Sangita is getting minimum Rs 35 to 40 per liter. She get daily 150 Rs in average. Hence she earns Rs. 4500 per month. If consider the expenses on buffalo, she get pure benefit of Rs. 3000/-.

Janabai Hanumant Boinwad

Janabai Hanumant Boinwad is living in Sagroli Tq. Biloli Dist. Nanded. She is living in Anusaya nager of Sagroli with her husband, two sons, two daughter in in-laws and grand children. Her family is  joint. Each of the family member is farm laborer.  Many times Janabai sell the vegetables in weekly vegetable market. As her  family is big, needs of the family increasing day by day. Need of grans children also increasing. She is 50 years old and illiterate. She had one buffalo and now wanted to purchase one more buffalo for extra earning. She came to know about loan distribution from Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal and she applied for the same. Organization has given Rs. 50000/- as loan on 4/10/2019 from project EMBRACE which is funded by DRISHTI, Mumbai. When she goes for work she take buffaloes with her for feeding in farm and road side. Previously she was earning average Rs. 3500/- and now Rs 3000/- is added in the income. Now she is earning at least Rs. 6500/- per month. She is very satisfied and refunding the loan on time.

Sangita Bhimrao Ramtakke

Sangita Bhimrao Ramtakke is living in sagroli from her childhood age. She studied up to 5 th standerd. She got married with Bhimrao Ramtakke in Sagroli and setteled at pochampad area of Sagroli. She is now 34 years old having one son. Her husband have his own land but very less and also they have their own small kaccha house. Hence both husband and wife work as farm labour in other’s farm. They have their one milking buffalo purchased and wanted to purchase one more. But do not had budget to purchase. She applied for loan in Sanskriti samvardhan Mandal. Organization sanctioned Rs. 50000/- and she purchased one buffalo with the help of Krishi Vigyan Kendra’s technical guidance. They both were getting Rs. 5000 to 6000 per month by their laborious work and now after purchasing two buffaloes additional 5000 to 6000 Rs were added in their income. Know they are very happy and satisfied. They are rearing both animals with the KVK’s guidance.

Shakuntala Sanjay Mahajan

Shakuntala Sanjay Mahajan aged 35 years old illiterate woman living in Anusaya nager , Sagroli. She is ling with her husband, a son and a daughter. Her husband have 4 ecar own farm in Sagroli. Both husband and wife work in their own farm. They have their own pakka house at Anusaya nager. They rear one buffalo for milk as farm allied business. They was decided to purchase one more buffalo for additional income. They come to know about loan of project EMBRACE funded by DRISHTI which is given in Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal, Sagroli.  As a SHG member she applied for loan. Organization given her loan of Rs. 50000. She purchased a healthy buffalo and started to rear . she take both buffaloes with her every day in farm. She get fodder in farm and it become very easy to give fodder to buffalo in farm. Now she is earning additional 4000 to 5000 Rs. As like others beneficiaries she also refunding the loan amount in given time.
